Optimum building physics characteristics - Thermal insulation and imperviousness |
Five isulation chambers offer optimum thermal insulation and intensify the complete window construction. Besides the thick window frame construction the patented connection technology of frame and window frame guarantees additionally high tightness against air permeability and driving rain. Test certificates of the ift Rosenheim proof the high quality of joint permeability (DIN EN 42), water tightness under static presure (DIN EN 86), restistance to wind (DIN EN 77) and to mechanical stress (DIN EN 107). Tests according to EN 1027 show, that even at a waterpressure of 600 Pa over a period of five minutes neither on the rear window nor on the cut edge of the sandwich panels a water penetration is detectable. This rain-tightness of the Fech-Jet System ® was conducted by Illbruck in his own laboratory. The Fech-Jet-System® of course meets all relevant standards for thermal insulation and the new EnEV. |

| Noise Control According to the requirements of DIN 4109 the Fech-Jet-System® offers excellent noise control. Fire Protection According to DIN 4102 the building material class of the complete window construction is B1 - flame restistant. Statics The galvanized steel reinforcement of the frame and the sash provides durability without distortion of the frame. If no other assumed loads are required in the tenders usually it is possible to assume wind forces according to tab. 1 of DIN 1055 part 4. The installation method of was tested by static considerations. |
